1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Prediction AI+ (the “Service”) operated by WWB FORMA Ltd., registered in France (Île-de-France region, VAT FR80 884 838 905).
By accessing, creating an account, or subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service

Prediction AI+ provides algorithmic sports analytics and AI-generated predictions based on public data.
The Service does not provide betting services, financial advice or investment guarantees.
All information is supplied strictly for informational and entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility

Use of the Service is limited to natural persons aged 18 years or older who have legal capacity in their jurisdiction.
The Service must not be used where doing so would violate applicable law.

4. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate registration details and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We may suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Plans & Pricing: Prices and available plans are displayed on the Site. Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and other processors (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal etc.).

  • Failed Payments: Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancellation takes effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the plan.
Refunds are only issued where required by applicable consumer-protection law or at WWB FORMA Ltd.’s sole discretion.
Once digital content has been accessed, the right of withdrawal may not apply (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16 m).

7. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to conduct or facilitate gambling for others;

  • copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the Service;

  • publish false or misleading performance claims about the Service;

  • upload or transmit malicious code;

  • use automated bots or scraping tools without written consent.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, data structures, brand names, graphics and interfaces belong to WWB FORMA Ltd. or its licensors.
Users receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Service for private use.
Any reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Performance and Disclaimer of Warranties

Predictions, statistics and other outputs are probabilistic and subject to uncertainty.
WWB FORMA Ltd. makes no warranty—express or implied—regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, profitability or fitness for any purpose.
You acknowledge that you use the Service entirely at your own risk.
No statement, testimonial or past performance implies future success.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WWB FORMA Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages;

  • loss of profits, data, reputation or opportunity;

  • any damages exceeding the total fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
    Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in such cases, liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WWB FORMA Ltd., its affiliates, officers and employees from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

WWB FORMA Ltd. may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct deemed harmful, fraudulent, or illegal.
Termination does not entitle you to refunds for already-delivered digital content.

13. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By using the Service you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

14. Third-Party Links & Integrations

The Service may contain links to external websites. WWB FORMA Ltd. is not responsible for external content or practices.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify the Service and these Terms at any time.
Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The effective date is indicated at the top of this document.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and applicable European Union legislation.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, except where consumer law provides otherwise.

⚖️ Effect

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and WWB FORMA Ltd. regarding Prediction AI+.
